Boscombe & Christchurch Neighbourhood Policing Team Hello, officers from the Boscombe & Christchurch Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to share an update with all their residents about what has been achieved this week in your areas. Here's a quick look at some of the work we've been doing to keep our community safe and connected PCSO Sam has provided two mobile police station events in Christchurch & Highcliffe this week, offering advise and guidance to local residents.Residents may have seen a report in the local press on Thursday of an incident of rape reported in the area of Woodland Walk, as such the local neighbourhood team provided hi-visibility patrols in the area to address any concerns from the local residents. A joint multi-agency visit with the Fire Brigade was conducted at the home of a vulnerable female, and as a result further agencies are now able to assist her further.Financial safeguarding was provided to a male as a result of an investment fraud.Our officers have also been extremely busy facilitating the closure of THREE local addresses that have been linked to ASB & drugs. The impact that these properties were having on the local community was phenomenal, and this is not something that will be accepted by Dorset Police. Joint partnership working with BCP council and the ASB team meant that closures were conducted on all three properties. intelligence logs submitted, which help officers build a wider picture on emerging issues.Officers have also been very busy safeguarding our beaches and town during the summer with increased demand in the area, working very long shifts in extremely hot conditions.A community resolution issued for possession of cannabis We hope you have a safe and enjoyable week.
